Among these, responsible for the roll-up of Polynt, a north Italian chemical business transformed into global. Strong expertise in all commercial, technical financial and legal aspects of private equity, as well as direct experiences as part of a management team of a large multinational company and, more recently as an entrepreneur.

With over 15 years of experience in M&A and investment, Philippe started his career in investment banking in Paris and London covering a wide spectrum of industries and geographies before joining, at its inception, an investment fund led by a French entrepreneur. The fund was backed by renowned family offices such as De Agostini, Fimalac and Groupe Arnault.
Strong buy-and-build experience: worked alongside talented entrepreneurs and managers to implement and oversee growth strategies, improve portfolio’s performance and value creation.

Romain started his career as an associate for a European based Hedge Fund. He then joined the direct Private Equity team of Aberdeen Standard.
He is also a board member of Établissements Peugeot Frères and a member of the advisory board of Roboze SpA.

Over 4 years of in experience in finance, Mathias started his career in M&A in Paris, covering European cross-border s-mid cap transactions. He then joined a mid & large cap LBO financing team in Brussels covering European transactions led by tier 1 private equity funds.
Before joining EIM Capital in 2022, he also completed internships in two Parisian investment funds. He had the opportunity to work on diverse investment strategies: LBO, buy & build, and growth on Western European companies with a valuation ranging from €50m to €2bn. In addition, he worked on a wide spectrum of industries : industrials, retail, fast-food chains, packaged foods, IT consulting, and health care facilities.

She holds a City Councillor role since 2020 for a global duration of 6 years.
