After several years of successful collaboration, Luigi Chiaraviglio and Renaud Delaage, the co-founders of EiM Capital, have jointly decided to end their partnership and the activities of EiM Capital in order to carry on their future activity separately.

Renaud Delaage will continue to operate under the brand “Reed Capital” reedcapital.fr
and Luigi Chiaraviglio under the brand “Resolve Capital” resolvecap.com.

The current companies in the EiM portfolio will remain jointly controlled by both firms. Grosfillex will remain controlled by a consortium of investors led by Resolve Capital exclusively.

Les sociétés actuellement en portefeuille d’EiM Capital resteront contrôlées conjointement par les deux structures. Grosfillex restera contrôlée par un consortium d’investisseurs mené par Resolve Capital exclusivement.
